TUBE REMOVAL TOOLS
Used for: Piercing and cutting off non-ferrous tubes in one revolution as a step in their removal from the tube sheet. [Tube Sizes: 5/8” – 1.1/2” O.D.]
Used for: Collapsing the tube wall in the sheet and to remove tube ends after tubes have been cut loose from tube sheet. [Tube Sizes: ½” – 1.1/2” O.D.] Tube Sheets: 1/2” – 3”
Used for: Cutting through the walls of ferrous tubes. [Tube Sizes: 1” – 4” O.D.] Tube Sheets: 1.1/2” – 16”
Used for: Reduce the thickness of the rolled portion of the tube to facilitate removal by a knockout tool. [Tube Sizes: 1/2” – 1.1/2” O.D.]
Used for: To remove small number of tubes with a hand wrench. [Tube Sizes: 1/2” – 1.1/2” O.D.]
Used for: Sealing off leaking or damaged tubes to insure a uniform joint without damaging the tube sheet. [Tube Sizes: 5/8” – 1.1/2” O.D.]
